We deliver to the whole of England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Tuesday – Friday
We need you to place your order with us up to 2 days before it is scheduled for delivery.

Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, you’ll be able to select your delivery date when checking out. You can place your order up to 2 months before you want delivery, excluding Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
How much is delivery?
For orders below £29.99 its £5.95
For orders between £30-£49.99 its £4.95
For orders between £50-£74.99 its £3.95
All orders over £75 are free Next Day Delivery
Can I track my order?
Yes, APC encourage you to track your order from leaving us, arriving at the depo to being out for delivery to you. Please follow the instructions on the SMS and/or email you receive once your order ships.
Can I change my delivery date once my order has shipped?
No, as the products can only be kept cold for 48 hours, this is not possible.

Do you accept returns?
No, due to the products being fresh this is not possible. However, your statutory rights don’t change; if you seem to have an issue with your order, please email us referencing your order number as soon as possible.
Incorrect items?
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please email us referencing your order number and we will either send you the correct item free of charge as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item. We will not charge you for the incorrect items.
